Domestic goals

The goal of the internal health care and support department is to provide patients with a relaxed environment with no fear and emotional tension, by experienced and experienced, caring staff, with the best quality to accelerate patient recovery.

Patients admitted in the internal ward

In this section, patients who need treatment in the advanced services of the gastrointestinal tract, infections and nerves, and diseases such as pneumonia, bronchitis, CP, seizure, hypomagia, etc., as well as those requiring endoscopic diagnostic, colonoscopy, bronchoscopy and ... They are hospitalized.

Internal patient acceptance processes

Patients in this sector are mostly electronically and also from the emergency department and other departments. At the time of admission, they receive instructions from the physician. Initial trainings are given along with the patient. Height, weight is evaluated early in terms of physical, mental, and health at the beginning of the entry. If the patient is admitted from other parts, all connections such as Foley catheter, NGT, Chest tube, IV line and ... are checked. Entry tests include CBC, Biochemistry, U / A, S / E and B / C.

The graphs are done or the radiology leaves sent for turning. Advice can be consulted in the shortest time. The response of the emergency tests to the same shifts and the response of other tests in the subsequent shift is followed. Patients in need of isolation are separated from other patients, and even patients with the same diagnosis are hospitalized in the same room. Safety training such as raising the bedside fences is provided to the patient and is accompanied by an emphasis on individual hygiene.

 

Internal regulations

1 hour of meeting between 2-4 hours.

4. The discharge of patients is done between 2-12 pm.
