The operating room is in active status and the grade of evaluation is one and eight operating beds located on the first floor and adjacent to the maternity ward. This section is from 1380.

Types of surgeries done

The operating room of the hospital is 8 rooms in which a variety of surgical procedures are performed. The surgery performed in this operating room includes:

Acceptance of patients into the operating room

  At the time of admission, patients will be referred to and contacted by the patient. The characteristics of the patient, the type of disease, the type of operation, the location of the operation, with the patient's case and the list of actions. We control the preoperative care card and used medications. We review the patient in terms of records of surgery, underlying illness, drug allergy, family history records. We control the patient in terms of:

  Lack of artificial limbs, lack of ornaments, lack of makeup and nail polish, determination of the action or member, operation area, having signed consent and fingerprints of patient or patient, requesting blood tests, equipment or prosthetics required. Finally, we complete the checklist for safe surgery.

  We transmit the patient to the stomach cage of the operating room with privacy from the stretcher.

  We review and educate the patient about postoperative post-operative (drenas and catheters) recovery care, postoperative training, such as deep breathing exercises and bed movements.

  Information on anesthesia work:

  After an appointment with the patient, an anesthesiologist has spoken to him about the methods of anesthesia and analyzed the patient's clinical status and the duration of the NPO Time and the type of operation with the patient's consent. Anesthesia (general, spinal, Sedation, ...) is selected by anesthesiologist.

 

Infection control in the operating room and personnel hygiene

  The Washington-based cleansing program is performed daily in the daily operating room, and on the morning of the morning shift shifts in the operating room oversight. The operating room staff at the start of the shift will disinfect all devices and equipment, masks, laryngoscopes and other anesthetics after the preparation of the disinfectant solution. If necessary, the anesthetics will be switched off. Formalin tablets every week after the washings Is replaced. Sets and pockets are checked. UV rays are placed in the rooms and the floor and the operating room walls are disinfected by a Surfanium solution.
