Duties:
 

 1. Full responsibility and supervision of the administrative and financial affairs of the hospital.

2- Selection of competent and competent staff in different parts of the hospital.

3- Hospital management in implementing hospital approved programs.

4. Coordination and supervision of the operation of units of medical equipment and hospital facilities, administrative, financial, clinical, medical and paramedical departments.

5- Participation in board meetings, administrative changes, training, hospital committees and so on.

6. Determine the policy and monitor its implementation.

7- Acquiring policies and executive instructions and general plan of the hospital head.

8. Matching and coordinating hospital affairs according to hospital standards.

9. Preparation and reporting of the activities and problems of the units of the hospital along with the presentation of the proposal - an appropriate solution for the head of the hospital.

10. General monitoring of how to use credits in order to ensure the correct implementation of programs.

11. Establish coordination and guidance for the activities and operations of all supervised units.

12. Division of activities between the authorities of the supervised units and the provision of their education and guidance.

13. Establishing the necessary measures and presenting basic strategies to increase incentives for staff under the supervision and encouragement and punishment of staff.

14. Monitor the performance of all supervised units.

15. Participate in hospital meetings by the headquarters and university assistants.

16- Managing patient and fellowship complaints about supervised personnel and visiting various departments of the hospital.

17. Monthly and annual valuation of covered forces.

Coordinating with the Hospital in the medical departments and related units.
