Patient acceptance processes
Patients in this section are generally delivered to the maternity ward and to a lesser extent than other sections. Neonates are admitted to the NICU from maternity and newborns and, if needed, for intensive care units. When delivered, the nurse controls the patient in terms of breathing, blood pressure, pulse, and temperature and oxygen saturation. All the illnesses such as Foley catheter, chest tube and gastric nasal catheter ... and its history are noted. If the patient is admitted to another hospital, the items that have been worn for a long time have been removed and sent for cultivation. Each day, it is monitored and recorded each time in a special form of vital symptoms. Daily capture and recovery of the patient is monitored and recorded. That is, the exact amount of serum, blood, albumin, gavage fluids, volume of urine, and the amount of suction secretion is measured and recorded. Each 4 days of routine tests such as CBC, Na.K, Cra, BUN are sent and the responses are followed on the same day. CT scan and other graphs are done according to the physician's instructions. Patients and oral mucosal changes are performed every two hours by nurses. Other diagnostic procedures, such as ultrasound, echo, and grafts, are done portably and in the interior.
